Strengthening Communities Through Compassion and Connection
Rio Bravo Ministries’ core belief is to be a “Bridge of Hope” that connected the local Mexican community with the wider network of resources of American Christians. What we have discovered at Rio Bravo is when you get your “Church, Youth Group, Community or Family” involved in missions a mutual life-changing event happens in the lives of both “the ministered and the ministering.”
Our History
Being a Beacon of Hope
For over 30 years, Rio Bravo Ministries has been a beacon of hope in Reynosa, Mexico. Our children’s home provides a loving sanctuary for up to 60 orphaned, abandoned, or neglected children, having touched the lives of hundreds over the decades. Founded to meet the educational needs of these children, our Christian school has grown into a cornerstone of the community, serving 400 students annually with a dedicated staff of 40.
