Why this matters

Since 1993, Rio Bravo Ministries has run Puente de Esperanza, our Christian school in Reynosa — kinder, primaria and secundaria. Right now there is room for a hundred more children. The desks are already there, sitting empty in classrooms we have built, spread across nearly every grade. What we do not have is the staff to teach them.

That is the whole of it. Not a building campaign, not a program launch. Three hundred sponsorships keep the school running as it stands today. Four hundred, and a hundred more children are in class this year.
